I´m a passionate and experienced therapist from The Netherlands. I was born and raised in the Netherlands and since 12 years I've been splitting my time between The Netherlands and Turkey for work. Driven by a deep passion for helping people, touching lives in a positive way and inspiring to move forward.

 

My mission is to help people overcome their struggles and find the light again. With dedication of assisting individuals in different areas of life, I am committed to helping clients achieve their goals, to recognize their own value and potential, improve their mental health and enhance their overall well-being.

 

With a deep understanding of the struggles that people face, I’ll bring empathy and compassion to every session. I believe in my unique ability to connect with my clients, creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can share their struggles, fears and hopes. manage their mental health conditions effectively.

I understand that life can be tough and that we all face challenges that can make us feel lost and alone. But I know with the right support and guidance, it's possible to see the light again.

 

I believe in problem solving therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy approaches. It's about taking little steps in life that makes you feel better. Coming out of the comfort zone is always hard for everyone. Sometimes we need that little push from someone who can make that difference in your life. It’s all about positive energy and trying to live the best life which everyone deserves.
